University of Calgary Properties Group (UCPG) has submitted a Land Use Application (reference number: LOC2023-0125), that is currently under city review to realize a new development vision for this site, which is proposed to include, a range of building heights, residential and hotel, human-scaled public spaces and a circulation network.

Your engagement is highly valuable to help inform the revitalization of UIQ. You can provide feedback through UCPG or the City of Calgary.

A variety of opportunities to provide feedback was offered including in-person events, virtual events, and an online survey.
